Our career coaching services delivers a structured approach for delivering feedback based on our established criteria and career planning process. The coaching generally starts with a comprehensive assessment and an initial delivery of the detailed report and a one hour accompanying discussion with Dr. Schoonover. Based the purpose of the coaching engagement, the findings of the report, and unique needs on individuals involved, one or more follow up coaching sessions are provided by Dr. Schoonover.
The initial assessment and associated cost are described in the Make Your MoVE Career Planning Assessment section of the website; the cost for each session with Dr. Schoonover starts at $800/hour, with one-half hour and one hour sessions most frequently provided. When a series of sessions are schedule discounted rates may be offered.
