The above competency areas are a representative the various functional groups for which we have competencies; each area is generally comprised of 30-80 competencies, each with a definition, 3-8 behavioral indicators, often arrayed across roles and proficiency levels. The validated Adaptive Leadership Perspectives framework contains 32 competencies that are associated with various level-specific requirements and leadership styles.
