Schoonover Associates offers the following Performance Development Workshop Series in four modules. This series of 4-8 hour modules provides flexible training to help organizations install competency-based applications for performance development and career pathing. This approach focuses on maximizing individual, team, and organizational effectiveness by:
  • Articulating how individual and team behavior supports organizational strategy and key capabilities
  • Integrating a range of key human resource interventions (such as hiring/selection, assessment, coaching, and appraisal) into a common, simple process
  • Applying competency-based tools and job aids to make performance development easier and quicker
Comprised of four modules, the training sessions help practitioners achieve the following critical goals:

Module I -- Introduction to Competency-Based Performance SystemsDevelops an understanding of how competencies work and what tools and processes are available to support individual growth and development.
